Reading Roadrunners Cross Country 2021-22

Hello everyone,

With the leaves on the tress beginning to turn to those lovely autumnal colours and the nights already drawing in, it must be that time of year we start to look towards the cross-country season.

What a joy it is this year to be able to write to you all as club members and invite you all to take part in all of the races below, where we will all be able to gather (social distanced!) in a muddy field on a rainy day and yet still have a fantastic time.

Thames Valley cross-country fixtures:

All races will start at 11am, with a single mixed race of around 8km.

The entry fee for each of the fixtures below is £3 per club member and £4 for non-club members.

Club vest must be worn for these, so make sure you check the bottom of the drawer to see if yours is still there (or like me still fits), if you require a new vest/t-shirt then these will be on sale at specific club nights.

The majority of the courses will be suitable for a trail shoe with a decent grippy outsole, spikes will not be.
