Details of RR Cross Country Club Championship Rules can be found here
Club vest/t-shirt must be worn for all events, so make sure you check the bottom of the drawer to see if yours is still there (or like me still fits), if you require a new vest/t-shirt then these can now be purchased at Up and Running, in Reading.
Thames Valley cross-country fixtures:
All races are single mixed-gender races of around 8km.
The entry fee for each of the fixtures below is £4 per club member and £6 for non-club members, payable in advance on myclubhouse.co.uk
The majority of the courses will be suitable for a trail shoe with a decent grippy outsole, spikes will not be needed. A club vest/t-shirt must be worn in these races to score.
